Send your request
Email hello@kumrah.net with the subject Kumrah Workspace — data deletion. You do not need to sign in to make a request.
- Provide your account email or the phone number connected with the records, including country code.
- Describe whether you want your account, particular workspace records or WhatsApp conversation records removed. For a conversation, identify the business number and approximate dates so we can find the correct records.
- Tell us where to send a reply. Only include information needed to identify the request.
Do not send your password, one-time verification code, API key or a complete chat export. If additional verification is needed, we will ask for proportionate evidence of account or number control.
What happens next
Kumrah reviews requests received at this mailbox, verifies the requester’s authority and identifies the relevant records. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. If the request is unclear, requires more time or is limited by a legal obligation, security issue or another person’s rights, we will explain the reason and next step.
Approved requests are handled by an authorized administrator. Depending on the request, we delete or anonymize eligible account and workspace records, uploaded files and supported WhatsApp records. We confirm the outcome and explain any records or backup copies that must remain and why. Requests can also ask us to correct information or restrict its use while a concern is reviewed.
Important distinctions
- Moving a workspace item to Trash is recoverable and is not permanent deletion.
- Disconnecting a WhatsApp integration stops that connection; it does not by itself erase information already stored.
- Deleting workspace copies does not delete messages from a customer’s or team member’s WhatsApp device, or from Meta’s independent records.
- Offline browser copies and backups may require separate cleanup. We address applicable copies as part of the request rather than promising immediate removal from every system.
Need help identifying the data?
Describe your relationship to the workspace or business number in your email. We can help clarify the scope without asking you to disclose unnecessary sensitive information. Read our privacy policy for information about processing and retention.
